I purchased a platinum warranty from Endurance a couple of months ago. It was approx.112$ down and 89$ a month for two years, I heard a noise and took it into the dealership. First they said an adjustor would need to come out to see the vehicle and I need to leave the car at the dealership or the warranty was void. Do not get a policy with these people.I've tried to cancel my policy and they lied to me.If you cancel with in thirty days you are suppose to get a fool refund no questions asked.When I called the first time they told me I would get my refund in a few days.A week or do later no refund.Called back and the cancellation guy asked me a million questions and was rude.Instead of granting my request he asks me what am I going to do if my car breaks down and how I will pay it.After I told him I wasn't interested in being talked out ... read more

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE WARRANT COMPANY! THEY FIND ANYWAY TO GET OUT OF A CLAIM. THEY DID NOT DO A RECOMMENDED REPAIR THAT THE DEALERSHIP RECOMMENDED (REPLACEMENT OF ALL 6 COILS). ONE WAS BROKEN, WE PAID THE DEDUCTIBLE TO HAVE THE ONE REPAIRED. We just purchased a 2011 *** 750LI. Endurance has basically told my wife and I we are lying and that the car is a *** 750 ******. Endurance claims that since their system shows our car is an ****** they will not offer the warranty for a 750 LI. We had *** of the WOODLANDS in Texas send them a bill of sale and verification letter, Endurance still claims we are lying.

i got a warranty from Endurance and still paying for premium on it. Then the engine light of my '07 ****** XL7 came on, I brought the car to the dealership on a monday to have it diagnosed. They came back to me after a day, I said replied contact my warranty (Endurance) and ask whats the next thing to be done. Thursday the dealer called me and asked approval to tear down the engine to get into the Timing chain for the Endurance inspector to see it. the weekend came so no work. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! sent a request in over 3 weeks for a refund after only 4 months of a 3 year warranty.. they prorated it 50%, and STILL have not sent me my refund. I will NEVER use Endurance again or recommend them. always give you the run around.
This company is all show and no substance. I took my car to the dealership who contacted the warranty company. Endurance had to send out an inspector, it took 48 hours, then when the inspector showed up it took another 24 (so far) to get an ok. In the meantime they only allow for 5 days of car rental and none on the weekend (what if you work on weekends). I am told I have the best plan through this company.
