DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! They sell a good game. When it came time to pay, it was a hole new story. My engine started to give me problems. I took it to the mechanic who was very clear that my timing chain was about to go bad and if it did, I would have major engine problems. The company wouldn't pay to have it fixed stating that it had to break first, and if it broke due to wear and tear of an old part, it wouldn't be covered. I terminated my warranty after selling my car. I was told I would be paid eight weeks later (at a massive loss because I had a small claim). It has been 17 weeks and I still have not been paid. Now they want to charge ME a fee to cancel a check that was finally sent 9 days ago hen I should have been paid over two months ago. AND they were going to remind me less than 10% of what I am contractually bound to receive (after their massive profit taking). This company does not deserve an A+ rating. This is a scam. To anyone looking into this company beware their scam artist they take your money and when your vehicle breaks down your on your own this company has a million excuses as to why they can't fix your vehicle you pay them your hard earned money and when u need them they tell you it's your fault your car has natural wear and tear, please read reviews before you give companies like this your hard earned money I'm out of 900 dollars getting my vehicle fix, when I pay this company every month on time as a matter of fact I just made... read more

I talk to Steve today 12-13-16 & he help meI had made up my mind to cancel my extended warranty but Steve went above his duty to correct my problem that I had with the company. If it wasn't for Steve I would be writing a BIG complaint against this business.

I bought an Supreme policy from Endurance a year ago and finally had to used it for the first time a couple months ago. To sum it up, the experience is horrible and I wouldn't recommend Endurance. While most of the service representative were professional and seems to be nice and want to help their system or SOP is horrible. The claim department and the service department doesn't seem to be on the same page. It took me 10 days for my car to be repaired where it should have been sooner. So my son purchased a vehicle warranty from Endurance Warranty Services. He hasn't had to use his warranty until recently. We found this company to be nothing but a scam and very difficult to deal with. On 11/11/2016 his Transfer case failed in his *** Denali truck. It was towed into a transmission shop for repair where we were informed that it was a transfer case problem. So for us no big deal !! We have a warranty from Endurance !!! What a joke !! Endurance policy where you first give then a Down Payment and then get the 'Contract' with coverage details and T&C's within '10 to 14 days' is ridiculous. I will not provide a pre-payment for a service before reading the fine print and understanding what is/is not covered on something as significant as the vehicle I rely upon for my livelihood. The other 5 providers I contacted share what's covered and not covered to the actual Plan proposed for my vehicle (e.g. Quote).

Worst customer service experience I have had in my adult life. Rep Eddie, was rude and disrespectful when I made attempt to inform him that I was going to wait to purchase a warranty as I had just purchased my vehicle and only had 200 miles on it at the time. He immediately cut me off and very rudely asked why did I request a quote if I wasn't going to purchase their product. When does requesting a quote from anyone commit you to making a purchase.
