Offered the best rate for the longest term. Chose to select a newer plan that was less after one year and it was approved quickly. There have been no issues with billing. I do not like that it is hard to find your contract online if you did not save it when first enrolled. Points for ease of online enrollment and that they have no hidden charges or cancellation fees.
