I am very pleased with Energy Harbor. I recently switched to them for a lower natural gas rate. They notified me that a discrepancy was made on my recent gas bill and that I was not charged the lower rate on that bill. Energy Harbor issued me a check for the difference from the old rate to the new rate. This was a pleasant surprise for me. I have had no service issues since I began with Energy Harbor and just renewed my contract. It did surprise me, however, when emails welcoming me were sent out, it addressed me as if I was a new customer rather than a current customer who just chose a different plan at renewal. Nonetheless, as long as I have rate plans that are reasonable available to me and no service issues, I do not expect anything more. Currently I am quite pleased.

I just switched. I must say, the customer service lady I communicated with was very friendly and efficient. The fact that I am saving 20% off my electic service for 2 years locked in does make me happy. Aes still supplies my energy so I should be all good with billing, as I have always paid ahead of time with them.
