This company called me to solicit that I switch from Ohio Edison to Energy Harbor as our supplier of electricity. They were rude and not forthright in their answers to my questions. I asked if they were resellers and they said no we are partners with Ohio Edison. This is not true they are resellers. I adamantly told them that I did not want to switch. Energy Harbor sent me a letter stating that I was 60 days past due. I've NEVER used energy harbor. I read the info from the letter I received from them. After I read the account number from Toledo Edison they hung up on me! I called back and went through the same stuff and the second person hung up on me. They wasted a bunch of my time. THIS IS A SCAM!!

This Company took over as my utility supplier during the pandemic. I never agreed to have my utility switched from the company I have used for many years. . My average monthly payment is usually $67.23 cent a month. last month they charged me 453.32 cents which I had no choice to pay in full or risk my lights being turned off in my home and then after they put me on an $850.00 payment plan when my account was paid in full with a zero balance. Can i give these morons zero stars????? I have never even heard of this company so when my energy provider sends me an email stating that I made a change I was taken back I have never called nor spoke to anyone face to face regarding changing my energy supplier... I just want to know how you crooks got my information so I can go after them too!!!

Would be Zero if i could give that rating!!! My mother in law was diagnosed with Stage 4 cancer and was hospitalized in November until December arriving home at the beginning of January. As if she didn't have enough to worry about, her electric bill arrived and was taken back by the amount. IT WAS 387.61. When digging further we saw a charge of 211.57 from Energy Harbor, LLC. She called the Electric provider and was told that there was nothing that they could about that charge but was able to have Energy Harbor, LLC removed.... read more

A week ago a young man came to my door. He told me he wanted to check my gas company, and he said he could look me up online. I said I don't want to change, I'm satisfied. He said eh wanted to make sure I wasn't overcharged. He looked at the form online. This past Saturday from the gas company, saying I was signed up with the company. Would be zero stars if i could. I was at the mall amd was told i would receive a gift card to check rates. All of a sudden my aep bill amd domion bills are significantly higher. I never agreed to switch. What a total scam company. Trying to get ahold of them on the phine is impossible

Not at all happy. I got an email from my electric company saying I switched to Energy Harbor. Kind of funny - I have never heard of them. So how did they get my account number and information? I have never met anyone trying to sell their services. Luckily I called my supplier before the switch date and am staying with my current supplier. Something is odd here.
