I was enrolled with Energy Harbor with out my concent. I was charged double: for **** Energy and Energy Harbor. Called Duke Energy and requested to opt out of this scam.

I got a letter from AES to confirm my change of electric supplier to Energy Harbor LLC. I had only a day after receiving the letter to cancel the in-progress change of who supplies my power. This should not be an Opt-out situation, this should be something I researched and chose myself. Not sure if I did something good by signing up to Energy Harbor. When I had my other electric supplier, my bill was over half less than what my bill is now. Not sure why this is happening.

easy sign up, ppl being my distributor left a message saying to pay my bill which went 3 times higher than last mo. ppl said they would fix the problem ,saying the system glitched. my account is 22010-89038

I just signed up because they were supposed to be cheapest, however my electric bills have been consistently going up. My mid-Dec through January bill is literally FOUR TIMES higher then November-December bill. BOTH bills are higher this year than the same time last year. Disappointed.

Just signed up because they were the least expensive , but my first bill was more than last year and they the gas companies have so many fees added on to your bills it adds up for a nice high bill. I dont blame the gas companies its really the direction the Democrats want to push ******* into this Green Energy garbage.
Since I was automatically switched to "Energy Harbor", my electric bill is now more than twice the amount per month as it was before "Energy Harbor" started billing me. My supplier is Met *** and i am getting charged by Met ** at roughly 7+ cents per kilowatt hour while "Energy Harbor" is charging me almost 12 cents per kilowatt hour-and this in addition to what I am paying Met **.
