I have no idea who they are but our ***************** was over double and when we called they said energy harbor switched our service WITHOUT consent! Scummy company who should be fined and shut down!
i was told that there was no cancellation fee and that I could cancel at any time without any fee. The agreement that I received stated that there was no fee if cancelled during the last 30 days of the agreement. The agreement is for 48 months.

The service might be good. I don't know. But my very first encounter with the company was me using their online chat to verify that everything went through. Waited about 5-10min for a rep. **** read my message. I waited another 20-30min without a response, so I dropped the idea altogether.Not sure who that agent was, but they earned this review a 1-star.
Before our service even started, I got harassed 3 times to review them...without an opt out.

Energy Harbor nearly DOUBLED our ****! When I called to opt out they said it could take up to two billing cycles to come off, but would "probably" not be on my next ****. Excuse me, what??? I NEVER SIGNED UP FOR THIS....this is a total scam! I don't understand how it's legal to charge me for something I don't sign up for or agree to. Don't give me that "government contract" c*** either...in fact, don't even respond to this post with your condescending "it's you, not me" answers. We were unaware that Energy Harbor was even on our billing statement until the **** kept increasing even when we were using less by being on vacation and also having a power outage for 4 days all in the same month. How as the **** higher than the previous month. We started diving into our statement and we are seeing Energy Harbor which we have no idea what it even was on our statement.
