Techs were on time and very professional. I question why it took three trips and two techs plus a trainee. I heard the reasoning from both techs! When I ran a HVAC crew of five tech. Leaving the shop without opening the new parts box and making sure all of the components were correct. Would have been unacceptable! But what the hex it all charge to Sun Power and they have no clue. Overall good experience!

I liked receiving the texts and calls when to expect the tech to arrive. When the tech arrived he introduced himself and explained everything clearly in a way I understood when he was finished and what the next step will be in repairing our solar.

The installers were great! They worked all day against the horrible heat. My only complaint is that part off the over $14,000 it cost me for the job didn’t include having the panels cleaned.
