The guys were on time and very quickly changed a microinverter. Unfortunately, that did not solve the problem of the under producing panel. Bryan told me it could be a firmware issue and if they couldn't update the program, he might have to come back out and switch panels to troubleshoot and see if that panel is bad. So far, I think he's been pretty good.

Noah and his team of technicians from EnergyAid were tremendously prompt, professional and so very personable. It's always to great to receive professional service but to actually like the persons performing the service is other worldly. Great job guys!

Techs were on time and very professional. I question why it took three trips and two techs plus a trainee. I heard the reasoning from both techs! When I ran a HVAC crew of five tech. Leaving the shop without opening the new parts box and making sure all of the components were correct. Would have been unacceptable! But what the hex it all charge to Sun Power and they have no clue. Overall good experience!

I liked receiving the texts and calls when to expect the tech to arrive. When the tech arrived he introduced himself and explained everything clearly in a way I understood when he was finished and what the next step will be in repairing our solar.

Both service men were completely professional. They were nice. They were clean. They were friendly. They knew what they were doing.
