First you need to know he did a good job but my husband Timothy died for years ago and now I am in control and owner of this solar that I'm leasing that I'm paying you every month directly so he did a good job let's change the name on the account please

Edward was out first thing this morning and worked with enphase to diagnose the problem. Enphase told him what part was needed and where failing part was located. Edward said they would be back in about a week to replace. Confident that would resolve issue.
