Took 3 visits to complete job. Had an appointment 1 week ago, but Nicholas had flat tire. He, the technician, scheduled me for the following day. Unfortunately, office did not do what they were suppose to do. They then rescheduled Nicholas for today, one week later. he Showed up for my home, Mill Valley, appointment. I hope for more hands-on training, but I got what I got. Thank you.
