My experience was absolutely effortless. The representative called me an hour or so before to let me know when he was within 45 minutes of arriving at my home, he arrived on time. He was very friendly, neat and respectful my property. He got the job done in a very timely and very professional manner.. I have no complaints.. thank you
They were supposed to be here between 8-12. They arrived around 2pm. I called several times to get an update but nothing was accurate. When they arrived the first thing they did was have me sign an agreement to pay them when the job was completed. This struck me as odd. On the initial consultation, Erik was on time, courteous, thorough yet quick, and worked very hard on my behalf to get the replacement under warranty even though the OEM wouldn't do it. I appreciate his effort. He was pleasant to work with and answered all my questions. Today, Erik returned to install the new Solar Edge inverter. Text and email notifications about my appointment. And my service by my engineer Erik was exceptional. He was friendly, helpful and fixed issues on the spot at no extra charge than the diagnostic fee. World class support and commendable.
