Pro work on your part. Sunrun dropped the ball. Felt sorry for your guy. They did not tell them that the work was already performed and they just wanted pictures

Daniel Magallanes and Giovanni Palomino Reyes including Noah Sullivan have excellent detail approach in accomplishing maintenance repair on solar power systems. I have observed these solar personnel possess safety awareness, increased level of confidence, ability in performing their assigned tasks. Kudos to Energy Aid for having such effective employees.

He was actually very proficient doing part of his job. He knows what he was doing but unfortunately he didn’t finish the job because he wasn’t ordered to do what he was supposed to do. Other than that he did a great job. Hopefully they would send him back to finally finish the problem, we trust that he’ll do great fixing and he is very knowledgeable about what the problem is. Thank you!
