They responded quickly to my request for an inspection to determine the cause for my Tesla solar panels not working. They said they would have a report in 48 hours. I really want the system repaired ASAP. The panels are only 5 years old and I need them to confirm that they are under warranty. At least the parts. Tesla couldn't come until July 17th and I just had an electric bill for over $700 so timing is essential. I am surprised Joe didn't look in my attic.
