Noah Sullivan gave his all on the service call. He was very thorough very careful and frequently rechecked things to make sure that they were done right. He didn’t mind the extra time( 3 1/2 hours). He also explained things to me, so I understood what the next steps needed to be and what had been done. A terrific experience and great customer service

Pascal did excellent job. He also provided detail how the inverter communicate with the communication box. Now we are back to normal routine to charge from solar panels. I am glad that finally resolved my issues.

The work of taking down the defective unit and putting up the new replacement units was done efficiently, cleanly by a technician and his assistant that were real professionals. They knew what they were doing. There's still the monitoring to be reinstalled but after almost 2 years without energy production I have my solar system working again. Thank you.
