Technician Matthew McCabe was here at the rescheduled time and was very thorough, he checked the wire to the router and connected the wire to the inverter. He then reset the system and made sure I checked the app on my phone to verify it was working.

Erwin was very dedicated and serious about concentrating on fixing my batteries that didn’t properly charge. He said he wanted to do it correctly and take his time addressing the problems. Everything was fixed and works beautifully. I was very happy with his service call. And in addition, he was very polite and respectful.
