Normally I have a great experience, but this time. Deff not. The manager tried to rip me off and charge me a extra $10. Which isn't a lot but still. How many people has she done this to. Then when she said she fixed it and I asked for a receipt she said I gotta go to the other computer and actually fixed it. Totally ruined me towards enterprise.
I thought the service was great up until I received the car and after a few hours of driving the engine and service light came on. I thought that was very careless and dangerous of them to give out a car in that condition, and I had my child in the car.
I am with Enterprise for the last 11 years. I have always used it from coast to coast. But I was a bit disappointed with the service at this location. First, I was greeted nicely. I said that I have my COSTCO code for free upgrade. The person said 'Okay, we will give you that'. But when I went to pick up my car, they said, oh well its $5 extra per day. I travel a lot on business and generally use Enterprise. Orlando was possibly my worst Enterprise experience. There were not enough sales associates to service the number of people waiting. It took nearly an hour to get the car.
We vacation in Orlando every January and have used Enterprise every year but one. Last year we decided to try another rental agency but didn't receive the service or consideration that Enterprise always offers. We will now always use Enterprise!
It was a horrible experience renting from the Orlando Airport. I actually returned the car early. The car was given to me horribly dirty and three of the four tires had less than 20 pounds of air in the tires and I was on my way to an interview when the gauge came on. Took three calls to get to a supervisor, and had to call National to get results. Won't rent from enterprise again. I also got charged for tolls when I had a Sunpass that was registering tolls as well, so this was bogus from Enterprise as well.
Terrible experience with the Orlando Enterprise.I plan to never use them again. During check in the attendent after checking the gas and mileage, gave me back the keys with the receipt. Honest mistake. After going through security, I discovered the mistake and called the local office. I was told if I did not return the key that day, I would be charged $225.00 lost key fee. Not a great experience for us. We rented a full-sized car because there were 5 of us with a lot of luggage. As we walked out with the attendant, I felt like I was with a slick used car salesman. He immediately tried to up-sell us into a small SUV, claiming it would give us more room. I've driven the smaller SUV's and the storage space is actually less than that of even a mid-size car.
