We were upgraded, very nice. But when we dropped the car off, the guy did a walk around, and said everything was fine and sent us on our way. The next day we received a phone call from enterprise, saying we damaged the car. Then accused us of taking the car to a body shop to get it repaired. My boyfriend and I were both very confused because we had definitely not damaged the car and we had driven over 1200 miles. How could we have possibly had time to repair the car? The check-in and return were flawless. Very quick and efficient. My only complaint (and I am only writing this review in hopes that someone reads this from Enterprise and calls me back), but my complaint is this:I made the mistake of leaving a white gift bag full of my 'travel cables' (iPad, iPhone, Surface chargers, etc.) in the car I returned.I contacted the local Orlando Enterprise office. I rent from Enterprise for their one on one service and to NOT have to wait at long rental car counter lines. However my recent trip to Orlando had me waiting 20 minutes to get my car out in the garage - very understaffed that evening.
I had a strange experience. I booked on Enterprise website but all of the updates on my phone came from National so I was confused about where to go. Had to wait in line at Enterprise to get to a car. Once I got the car it was a long line to get checked out. The price was good however.
The initial booking of the van was very easy but when I picked up the van I learned it was NOT straightforward. I had rented a 15 passenger van online and was told it would be $74 for the day after taxes. After arriving to pick up the van I was told there is mandatory insurance I had to purchase because regular insurance doesn't cover 15 passenger vans. This added another $20 to the price and then they added another surcharge that brought my total to $120 for the day for something I had originally agreed to $74 for. Had I no... read more
Matt S.Rented a car for 6 days in Orlando, Fl 2 weeks ago. The staff was all friendly and helpful, however the car we received smelled volatile. It was as if there was a diesel flavored air freshener that permeated the Dodge Charger. My wife and I drove the car for a few days hoping the smell would go away but it did not. I believe this group is very unorganized. You check into one counter only to have to go to another counter we had reservation for two premium cars only to get there and they only had one. Was offered a non premium car at the same rate I was paying for the better car, no discounts. So we waited till one came in. Was lied to at first counter about putting additional drivers on policy. Was offered another car but when we said yeah we'd take it guy tried to scam us for $300 more wasted over 2-3 hours of our time. I won't rent at... read more
Not a happy camper with MCO Enterprise and most likely will not rent from them again. Reserved a 'premium' car via Costco, which indicated a 300 (or similar) type vehicle which could accommodate 4 suitcases. First problem is this location does not provide the ability to go directly to your car even after joining their "Plus" membership. Basically even though you provided a credit card and pertinent data one must always stop at the counter. (Come on, at least join the 90's!) Normally I have excellent experience with Enterprise. However, on my last experience my wife left a Kindle in the vehicle. Their response to the left Kindle has been disappointing. If you do use them, make sure you double check for everything before you leave the vehicle
