We had a Very nice car and good service.But if you rent form any airport "We'll Pick You up" Not true !! There fees for dropping off thecar somewhere else are outrageous. They have gone from free, to over $100.00 a drop off. This needs to Change or we will be moving on to a more reasonable rental Co. We have rented from Enterprise for many years. We hope they make the needed changes.
Explanation of additional charges such as insurance, additional driver charges, etc. were not explained. This should be done at the airport counter, not at the pick up location in the garage where it is noisy and confusing. The agent there is just trying to get you on road. I was unpleasantly surprised when my invoice was almost double what I expected to pay. I have rented with Enterprise several times, but thistime I am very disappointed.
Car and service were great. Just beware of the fuel charge, it is misleading. I paid for the fuel ahead of time thinking that I was paying for what I use but that is not the case. I only used a 1/4 tank but was charged for a full tank.
they had the wrong type vehicle identified on the sheet upon check in. Then they said we could use a different car, cool, but they locked the keys in the car. So they gave us a huge mini van which we didn't want in the first place.
Usually reliable. Staff is very good and attentive This trip however not so good. I made the reservation and requested a Chrysler as I always do, no problem I was told. When I got there they were all out of Chryslers. I was offered a Buick with too little room. I said "no, I paid for a premium car and that's what I want". I had to settle for an Impala. Waited 20 for car and then tried to give me a standard rather than premium I had paid for. Finally received an impala and told they would pay for a tank of gas for my trouble. They then charged me for a non full tank when I brought it back. Not to mention toll fees.
We rented a new 2016 mini van with less than 200 miles. Three days into the rental the van engine light came on and something was giving a burning smell. It took me three days to have the van replaced because the exchange could only happen at the Airport. This was not a goods experience for our vacation. The assistant manager was suppose to have our $6.00 fuel charge refunded, but two weeks have gone by and stillno credit. Coorporate was going to give us a few days of comp rental, but that too hasn't happened.
The service was ok. Fast and conveniently located by the airport. However, they offered a fuel service option that was not clearly described to me. They told me the price per gallon that I would pay and how it was cheaper than other options so I signed for it. They did not explain to me that a fee of US33 was charged and they did not explain to me that I was paying for the full tank. No one was at the counter when I and several other arrived. It took about 15 minutes until someone arrived. I was supposed to receive an upgrade through USAA/Enterprise. Never was offered the upgrade and received a Toyota Corolla. When I asked about my upgrade, I was offered a KIA RIO. What a joke. Turned it in after my week rental and then rented an Infinity QX60 from Avis for the other three weeks of my stay.
