Not very happy I ordered a tire cover for a present. I was sent the wrong cover twice. It took several emails & calls to finally get the correct cover. Their customer service was very difficult to deal with...you couldn't speak to anyone until I called the original manufacturer directly. Very frustrated with the whole ordeal, now I'm trying to return the two wrong covers they sent me. It has taken almost a month to get this situation corrected.
Hard to contact a representative. Can't contact customer service when help is needed. Your email doesn't work or nobody responds to you.
Inaccurate Description So displeased! By the description these were supposed to be moisture wicking, tube socks, with stretch to over knee and wide...they were NOT! They were purchased for an adult, but I had to give them away to a kid! They barely came up to the knee and were extremely tight on a normal calf! Thought the socks would be great for my adult who wears AFOs...(we liked the color options)...but guess I will have to look elsewhere!
Broken clock Received clock and blue neon does not work! Beautiful clock. Just wish it worked.
Unsastified Although I received my order and the sweatshirts looked very good, I have sent a few emails regarding the "deception" of your website, resulting in an incorrect size order. Your website specifically stated to order a size larger. The size larger was too big. I would have ordered an XL, but because of the suggestion on your site, I ordered a XXL. Varsity Jacket Jacket came in a decent amount of time considering the overpriced expressed shipping fee. Jacket was very thin and had little to no lining on the inside.
Poor service The shirts that were made with a logo on the chest were fine. Unfortunately, the logo was too small. It did not match what epic sent me as a proof. Epic has since blamed me for not sending a correct logo? Epic has told me that I am not supposed to look at the proof as a proof. To which I wonder why epic even sends a proof. Received wrong order then no care for customer I am very unhappy with EPIC sports. I ordered mesh netting for both my dugouts for softball. The shipment was over a week later then stated, then wrong netting was sent.
