Awful I was missing an item from my order and the letters and numbers were crooked on some of the jerseys. Not terribly crooked but it looked as if I ironed them on at home. I was notified that an item in my order was on back order 2 days before my delivery date. I asked if another size that wasn't on back ordered could shipped and I received no response. An incomplete order is just as bad as no order.

Terrible Cust Serv / Took Ages to arrive My Order took over 6 weeks to arrive. I contacted customer service and was told that it was tough, no attempt to resolve it. The head of customer service was rude and unpleasant. I would not do business with this company again. Contacted the CEO twice and he never responded.

Shoes These are knock-offs! Not the real thing! Restocking fee of 20% - sizing was COMPLETELY wron - then they charged me to ship it when I already paid for shipping! Stay away!

Poor Customer Service and Incorrect Color We ordered hot pink shirts for a baseball tournament. The quality of the shirt was great and they all fit true to size however the color was not even close to what we ordered. When I tried to ask about it I received no response. Hot pink was more like purple... We made them work but it was not even close to what we ordered.

Completion time terible Ordering is easy. Delays in production are acceptable. Not provided faster shipping because or those delays is unacceptable. Delivery times should be given every effort to be accomplished and delaying a product by standard delivery when it is already late to ship is not acceptable. If you take longer than you say to ship an item, then the shipping should be upgraded at no additional charge to priority or overnight.

Poor quality & design! The dri-fit material was thin and cheap. The design was not as expected. The logo arrived with peels and cracks through the wording and was not placed symmetrically on the garment Poor quality all around. In addition, the shipping was delayed, and the package was received much later than promised.

I returned the order I rec'd the order, but returned it. I haven't gotten my refund yet. The shirt didn't fit. I wasn't sure of the sizing, since the website didn't help much with sizing.

My socks had black stains on all of them, like to return all of them Poor quality, stains on socks Terrible experience no recommend
