“It's been three weeks and my orde still hasn't shipped! Poor poor service!” I submitted and paid for my order three weeks ago and it still shows "in progress" for the status. I called a week ago and asked it something was wrong and they assured me that my order would ship by the end of the week. That was three days ago and the status hasn't changed. “Order was not done correctly!” I would not use this company again! They did not get the order correct and shipped late with no time to return.

“AWFUL” I received the wrong cleats and once it was reported to customer service it was the WORST SERVICE EVER. They let me know it was a 'vendor' problem. Instead of placing anot order for the correct pair to be over nigted we had to wait and wait for the delivery of the correct pair and they were 'regular' shipped. I spend a lot of money with this store every soccer season and this was completely unacceptable. I spent $13 for shipping and received the worst experience ever. No one we talked to even cared to make it right.

“Why am I getting this?” Havent received any of my order yet. Order was placed on 2-22. Reeived this on 3-8. I was going to wait patiently but since I got this , I figure I might as well go ahead and leave a review.

“Never Again” I have had nothing but problems! I ordered socks and called them the next day to change the order. I told them if it was too difficult that we could just leave it how it was. They ended up canceling it and not letting me know and I had to call them to figure out why they hadn't sent yet. Needless to say I did not get my order on time and they would not expedite shipping even though I offered to pay for it to get them here. “Be careful with shipping times” I paid for 3-day shipping, but it does not say that "PROCESSING" might take two weeks. Very disappointed that the site says nothing of this, only after you pay for the 3 day shipping and your email confirmation says 2 1/2 weeks later AFTER you have paid for 3 day.

“Ship the product already!” Got a shipping confirmation 2 weeks after my credit card was charged for the purchase. I would think that the product would ship a lot sooner than that.

“Run Forrest Run...Far, Far Away” If this companies operations were as good as their technology, I would consider buying from them again...as of now, i am just one more pile of bones in the bone pile. It seems like the inventory on basic items is bad...and whenever they cannot complete your order they send you a robo call...then you dial back only to find out that they are closed...or you get to wait on hold for 10-13 minutes to fix a 2 second problem... #shoplocal #savegrayhairs

“Return policy is awful” Returned socks as they were defective - still charged a restocking fee - which totaled more than 6 pairs of socks - crazy!
