“They sell defective items” I would not recommend buying any gear from this company. I recently purchased what was supposed to be a brand new pair of NeoSport 3mm water boots for diving and getting in and out of water where the conditions are rough and sharp rocks and reef can cut you. “Ridiculously Long Delivery” For the buck or two to get basically the same item from Amazon do that instead of shopping at epic. Took weeks for my order to arrive and the customer service kid Cody was a total smartass when I finally did get a response. Honestly saving a few cents or dollars isn't worth the pain in the tail experience I had w epic

“Evn if you stick to the Name Brands it won't help, and the shipping Takes way to long.” first off read the other reviews on the shipping they dead on. Shipping takes 2 weeks or longer, and on top of that very thing runs way to small ( like sizes up). if you take a large in a shirt you better order a xx-large. or don't eat at all. it's a real joke how this place does business. a restocking fee for a wrong that they put in the box to ship, not what i order. “Terrible return policy!” Epic Sports return policy is the worse I've ever experienced. If you receive the wrong item or if you are not satisfied or is not what you expected, you have to pay to shipped back. On top of that they slam you with a wooping 20% restocking fee! OUTRAGEOUS!!! NEVER SHOPPING THERE AGAIN.

“Unprofessional - Horrible/Cruel/Appalling customer experience/service from mgmt” BUYER BEWARE! Remember you are buying cheap products, in turn cheap experience/service especially from mgmt. If you want to be hung up on and have short degrading emails sent to you , Then buy here. Read other reviews on this company (BBB (B rated- should tell you something), Rip Off Report etc.) before you deal with customer service mgmt. “Awful customer service” Ordered baseball pants for my 12 year old. They came in 8 inches shorter than the same pants that size. Called customer service after waiting for 10 minutes Bailey ansered to tell me there were closeout and I should have known that they would fit because it says the size may vary. Asked to exchange them and she said with what. “HORRIBLE SERVICE” Placed $250 order with 3 day shipping. Never received package. When I called, I was told carrier lost my package. Was told I would have to reorder, pay again AND pay for shipping again. I was told I would not receive refund since it wasnt EPIC fault but their carriers fault, until investigation was closed and that if not resolved I could potentially have to pay for two orders if I did end up receiving first shipment. “FIRST TIME AND LAST TIME CUSTOMER” They would not exchange my order unless I ordered something else for equal or greater value. Is that unbelievable!!!! Please beware of Epic Sports.
