“Package lost” When something goes wrong during shipping, they will make the customer pay for return shipping and reshipping, stating "one it goes out, it's out of our control". So obviously the customer who has never even seen the package is IN CONTROL?
“Horrible customer service” Sent me the incorrect item repeatedly, took zero responsibility for it, blamed everything on the vendor, terribly slow and refunding my money. Will never order from them again!
“Product wasn't as described” Bought socks labeled as dress socks... they aren't. Very thick. Too thick for dress shoes. LOVE the colors, but have to return.
“horrible customer service” No returns for poor merchandise. The Red Sox on the front is too close together. The "D" is overlapping the buttons with a small right side of the letter. The backing on the number and name is extremely uncomfortable. Will never wear this jersey. Should have ordered an official jersey from mlb.
“You'll Pay Both Way Shipping due to Site's Misleading & Incorrect Sizing!” Do not order from here!!! I believe the items are so cheap because the products are sized wrong. I called Epic Sports letting them know my 11 year old,average size kid, could not put on arm sleeves because they were too tight. Their site advertises for ages 12-14. Cody at Epic Sports told me they would not pay for return shipping because they will not take responsibility for advertising the wrong sizing on their website. “Shipping is the slowest so if you need something right away order from somewhere else” Ordered 2 weeks ago still no tracking still hasn't shipped if I knew it would take this long I would of ordered from somewhere else very disappointed will never order from them again
“Buyer Beware!” We thought we were getting a great deal on soccer balls from Epic Sports for a little league. But when we got the balls, four would not keep air and we did not receive 10 of the balls. They also took three weeks to ship (we had 3 day delivery). It was halfway through our practice season when received. They refused to answer our e-mails and you simply can't reach them by phone as you are on hold for 45 minutes.We got ripped off. Don't buy from Epic unless you can spare a couple hundred bucks down the drain.
“Defective Puma evoSPEED 5.4 Mini Soccer Balls” I bought 2 Puma evoSPEED 5.4 Mini Soccer Balls. Both were defective. I inflated them to specified pressure. They both lost air and went completely flat in less than a day. I guess I can't return them because they were closeout items. But they are totally defective and they should not have sold them in the first place closeout or not.
“Shipping lunacy” Epic sports allowed me to order an out of stock item. Refused to give me the option of splitting the shipping to allow for the out of stock item to ship once they received more. Go with a reputable company next time
