“Worst customer service ever encountered” First of all,Cody,Christy,and ,Christina are horrible to deal with .They sent me the wrong thing and it did not get here when promised.Refused to make it right or give me the contact info of someone that would .This companies motto should be"Ripping off honest customers one piece at a time" .Just so everyone knows this review is only over a very very small amount, but when you are trying to teach kids about morality people like this make it really hard.
“$2.00 order,$8.50 shipping fee,they say they dont make$ on shipping,what do you think?” shipping fees too high,i wanted to try your pants for quality ,why no concession on first buy?I invested about one hour going thru your site when i was ready to order I was suprised by your shipping fees,just another waste of time and energy.
“Horrible customer service” Bad customer service. I was shipped the incorrect item. First of all, it was their fault for shipping me the incorrect pant. They should had check and had quality control double check that the right item was shipped. Most order are needed for specific event and date. They could have shipped the correct pant right away. “Customer Disappointment” Very disappointing Customer Service Support, even from the COO who I spoke with. Background: On March 31st I ordered 2ea Soccer Wall Mini Set from EPIC Sports, I assumed it was a wall on Mannequins not individual pieces. On April 5th I ordered eight individual Mannequins and a bag since i need the wall and the individual maniquinns for the two each teams of U6 I volunteer to coach. “WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!!!!!” This company doesn't even deserve one star. I have ordered so much from them and the customer service is horrible. If they mess up, they don't want to fix it. They did not ship me two pairs of baseball pants and refused to correct their mistake. When I had to return something due to their mistake, they charged me to ship it back. They are cheap, but the expression you get what you pay for is very true of Epic Sports.
“Do you know what you are doing” I purchased 8 adjustable hurdles from them. They called and emailed stating that my order was on hold to call them back. I called them back and verified my information. 6 hours later I get a confirmation that my product is getting ready to be shipped. 2 hours after that, after their closing hours, I receive another email and phone call stating to call them back because my order is on hold. “Great Hat-Poor Embroidery” I purchased the Richardson Pro Mesh hats knowing they are a high quality product. I had them embroidered through the Epic Sports site and could not be more disappointed. The stiching on the block, two color letter is almost see thru. 50 hats that our baseball program will have to live with this season. A great hat was ruined.

“EpicSports order” I placed an order on Saturday. On Thursday I phoned, only to be placed on hold for 20 minutes to find out that my items where to be shipped from the manufacturer to EpicSports and then on to me (on one of my two items they had no clue what the status if it was). EpicSports never say that it will take a week to process my order. If I had know that I would never placed the order.
