“Horrible customer service.” The products are very good but the customer service is HORRIBLE! We have ordered a number of things at the last order I got the wrong color and tried calling and emailing and by the time they got back to me we were outside of their 30 day return window. They are refusing to let me return the softball pants which were never even tried on. I won't use them again.

“Do not waste your time or money” Horrible customer service. Extremely slow. Still waiting for a package, lost in shipping, they are in no hurry to replace or even figure out where it is. Their idea of "in Stock" is if their vendor has it, not actually in their own warehouse. Stay away from this place!!!

“Can't give a zero star” Epic sports is a fraudulent company. The intentionally change prices as you are checking out. I was placing an order for multiple teams. The ad was for $2.49 so I added 30 pairs of socks to the cart. When I checked out the price changed to $2.99. They also mailed me socks that were way to small. Instead of 7 to 9 they mailed me size 1 to 4. When attempting to resolve with their customer service they said it was my fault. “Horrible!!!” Will never do business with again!!! Customer service is non existent. Either you sit on hold forever trying to speak to someone or you send an email which they don't respond too. They charged my credit card without even having my items ready to ship. When i wanted to cancel the order as they could not give me a ship out date, i was told i would be charged a fee for canceling. “Only got a One because there wasn't a Zero” The customer service was the worst ever- we had to return some leg guards because it was not the right thing for my daughter. We literally took them out of the box, she tried them on and we put them back in the box. It took us almost a week to get a return label because we either could not get through or they wouldn't call us back. “Socks too big...go a size or more down!” We bought sport socks for my daughter's softball team. She easily wears my socks which are for adult-sized feet (Intermediate) over size 6 women's shoe (9-11). We purchased this size since many on the team are in a shoe size 5.5/6 which according to their site is not a youth size but an intermediate size sock. “Order missing all items!” While I will admit the ordering process was as convenient as any other ordering system, I was, and still are waiting for all of my items to arrive. It should have been very simple, one item, two each, the same item. But when the box arrived, it was missing the second item.
