“Not happy” Have not received order or tracking. Was told would receive March 22 but when called was told Wichita, Kansas would not receive until March 24. Called March 25 and they didn't know if they had for sure. Was told maybe 27th might get. What's with that?
“Not happy with service” I ordered WOMENS SIZES and was sent all little girl sizes. Now I'm stuck with them and no jerseys for my women's team. I am upset an very disappointed. I would like this rectified.
“2 weeks and still waiting for order to be shipped” I normally have not had a problem ordering through epicsports, however I placed my order on 3/8/17 and I am still waiting on my order to be shipped. “Horrid customer service” Placed an order on march 2nd and march 4th. Either order has still not shipped. I called customer service to cancel orders and they had audacity to say yes it can be cancelled but I will be charged a restocking fee. I asked the customer service manager to please direct me on her website where they give that information. It was hidden in FAQ, with about 4 steps to find it. “Still haven't received” Haven't received helmet yet appears more on delivery people but paid extra for earlier shipping and still don't have it and daughter has already started games
“I didn't get what I order” Well I order 2 pairs of softball pants and 2 pairs of socks just received the socks sooo where are my pants? Worst service ever yet I haven't get the pants or the money back
“It's been two weeks..” My order has not shipped been on hold with customer service for 20 mins. I swear this company must pay people for these good reviews they have.they took payment right away and I have not had a single email since regarding my order.
“Poor service” I ordered on 2/27/17 with an expected ship date of 3/2/17. Still hasn't arrived. When I called, their response was it still hasn't arrived there from the warehouse and they aren't sure when it wI'll arrive. Great prices but poor service!
“shirts look great, material not quite as cool as hoped” Shirts looked great although wish I could have the lettering on the front two inches taller. Also wished they were not a cotton poly blend - the shirts are hot for the boys. they look nice though and in this color (teal) was nearly impossible to find a drifit shirt on clearance. The shipping was a disappointment as well.
