Reassuring Experience Sheraz Khan was my consultant. I was a little anxious about learning a new system but Sheraz Khan was very patient, kind and gave easy to follow instructions which made me feel at ease.
Lovely software easy to use and good support too I purchased the software which I love the look of and find it simple to use, and when I had an issue support was just an email away and person I was dealing with Mazeda Begom really knew her stuff and had my problem sorted out in no time. if you are in the market looking for a great priced POS software then it is hard to look past eposnow. Read this......The Support person [Name Removed] was excellent. But...... [Name Removed] the technical support person was Great at what he does. I would have given 5 star if not for the following: When I sign up, I was told by sales that I will only be charge $49 +gst per month. Now because I was running behind in opening my restaurant. ( many reasons but mainly Lawyer, councils and contractors delay). Setting up eposnow terminal and eftpos machine joshua hodkinson did a great Job with helping us get up and running with our eposnow setup, most appreciated, not quite there yet but certainly appreciate his knowledge of the toolset. Cheers

Excellence assistance from Joshua Hodkinson I will just give it a 4 star yet, the assistance I get from Joshua was amazing, the product itself needed some improvement specially some feature that it will make it easier for the business. Or maybe I haven't explore enough yet.
