Epos system still not operational. I have lost $1000's due to customers not waiting for handwritten dockets. Use this company at your own risk. No response as to how long this will continue, but happy to keep billing for the service. ACCC is next contact
The company promise lots of things but once you are signed up you get flicked around the world. I returned a eftpos machine in which they denied every receiving back despite me sending them a copy of postal reception. They kept charging the monthly fee. We are now 6 months on and still deducting payments... AVOID USING THIS COMPANY....
Absolutely diabolical. I’m running my business on and off since 2022. Now that we’ve closed the business and even after multiple emails to the accounts team to tell them to cancel my account they still keep sending me invoices and attempt to deduct money every month. They mentioned they needed $300-400 to cancel the subscription even though I’ve been with the company for over 2-3 years. This is the brutal truth about EposNow. Please do yourselves a favour and DO NOT purchase a subscription. OR READ TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
