Took money 4x out of my account and MONTHS to refund. Still waiting on one refund. Worst company ever. DO NOT GO WITH EPOSNOW. This company double charged me for months on end after I told them this is happening, then not refunding it for months afterwards. I tried to cancel my account 4 months ago, and the person I did it through says it has to be approved by a manager - MONTHS on end without hearing! STILL waiting for a refund. Hours on the phone trying to cancel. They will take your money, even more that you legally agree... read more

Worst experience. Tried to cancel when my contract is already finished, epos has asked me to send back the machine which I did three four weeks ago. Thy still continuously charged me over $100 AUD everymonth for two month straight now. I have to chase them email call them constantly to fix their mistake. The reason I canceled was their machine wasn't working properly for me even when I have the fastest Internet. Non existent support, never call you back, close support tickets unresolved, support staff with poor English skills Having taken over a business and being promised it would be up and running in 10 minutes but days later still wasn't working. Endless technical problems, signed for premium support as we trade nights. Trying to speak to someone is useless, they use low quality voip systems to call centres around the world. Avoid EPOS Now -Slow and Unreliable I've had an incredibly frustrating experience with EPOS Now. The machine is extremely slow—when I say slow, I mean painfully slow to the point that it regularly times out during transactions. This causes payments to decline often, which is not only inconvenient but also makes it difficult to keep up when business is busy. Not a good choice Shocking service , no reply email addresses, impossible to get answers. We were never able to use this system , cancelled 9 months ago, still trying to take money from our account. Already cost us a heap and they want more

Systematic & deliberate incompetence After 11 months months of frustration with Epos Now, here's my summary: If you have any problems and they don't offer a satisfactory response, complain once, then go straight to your Fair Trading/Better Business/Ombudsman. Epos Now won't respond so you won't get an outcome, but at least it's on file. Don't waste any more time trying to get a resolution directly from them, it won't happen. You'll need a solicitor. No support if something goes wrong. They have been pretty terrible with any and all instances of us reaching out. Their system went down quite regularly, we have been misled on a number of things including the cancellation fees. Additionally we have been ignored for all issues until the 3rd follow up.

Nightmare and expensive I purchased Epos Now in January 2022, and it’s been a frustrating journey ever since. They initially sent the wrong card terminal, which required customers to insert or swipe their cards—completely outdated since my customers use phones and watches to pay. On top of this, I was charged $160.60 a month (instead of the agreed $85.30), with additional fees for not using the incorrect card reader.
