I was thoroughly impressed with my experience with Erie Home. During the first meeting to get a quote they took great care to answer all of our questions and showed us the materials that would be used and their commitment to the highest possible quality. We also had excellent communication during the whole process after hiring them and were notified of each action through follow up calls. Very professional and thorough. work was done in a timely manner. I was kept informed of every step that was going on. The quality of the materials used were the same as presented. I will use Erie Home for the next phase of my project.

Sales peocess used high pressure tactics but eventually agreed on fair price. Work was very professional with very high-quality materials. Overall, we are very satisfied. We actually had a couple of bids before sales process began so we had an idea of a reasonable price range.

Good workers, started my multi-hip roof at 8 AM on a Friday. Worked through the day and well into the evening (quit about 8:30 PM). Came back the next morning with a smaller clean-up crew and finished up before noon. This was all done in February, fortunately no rain the day they worked.

Hi I recently received a letter from my home insurance stating that my roof had to be replaced, I called Eric Roofing, they came out did roof inspection showed me different types of roofing including prices and did a 5 star job replacing the roof in just a day. They used a great crew that also picked up everything in the yard.

I had no idea they were coming although it was fine. I had to leave, they were still working when I returned. Their clean up was great. They were polite and worked hard. The only complaint I had was where the dumpster was placed. Even though the man who brought it was told where it went he placed it in the middle of my driveway. I had to go out through my neighbor's driveway. Dumpster was the only negative thing I can say about the whole job.
