Erie Did do a roof for me and did and excellent job on point, I have a historical home and it's very professional and clean looking and clean up was on point, It definitely added value to my home, And they're patented under layer is great in maintaining temperatures within the home,

I called and set up an appointment. The initial visit went well. The technicians were very knowledgeable and patiently answered my questions. We arrived at an agreement. The team arrived early to unload materials about 6:30. I was alerted to their presence by the supervisor. They went to work soon after. Around noon they took lunch, about an hour. I happened to see an article/ad on basement waterproofing using an indoor drainag system and encapsulation. I submitted the request for a qoute for a company in my area to contact me. Erie Homes called within 30 minutes of my request and set up an appointment for the following week. ******* and **** the Field Representatives were friendly and professional. Erie Home replaced part of my roof and was supposed to remove a piece of my gutter. They did a great job on my roof even though it was more work than they anticipated. When the job was finished, I noticed that they had removed all of my gutters. The company realized the mix up and two weeks later, replaced my gutters.
Great experience from sales to work that was done and clean up. Would use them again witrout hesitation.
Everyone from the sales people, the scheduler to the workers were friendly, knowledgeable and very respectful! They did great work. I especially liked that they took pictures throughout the process and explained everything they did to me!
They did an excellent job. They were efficient and cleaned up after they completed the job.
