The roofing team arrived early on the morning of 12/10/25. They started work right away. The old roof was torn completely off the house, and the necessary repairs were made. Afterwards the new roof was put on without any delays or difficulties mentioned. When the job was completed, the roofing team made sure there were no debris left lying around in the yard. All this was done in 1 day!

From the start they were friendly & kind. They explained the process and helped me to pick the best affordable options for my home. I wanted a metal roof they explained it would not be the best option. Which saved me money now and in the future.The crew did an excellent job, where on time. Our roof was badly overdue for replacement, and we were dreading the process. But Erie made the whole process fast and easy, and now I'm wishing we had just done the job sooner. *** and ****** were easy to work with, and responsive to any concerns. The installation crew was the hardest working bunch of guys I've ever seen. They worked safely and cleaned up the area nicely afterwards.

Every stage of my business dealings with Erie Homes was pleasant from my initial introduction to the after job cleanup was wonderful. Each employee I spoke with regardless of what stage of the process was friendly, knowledgeable and willing to answer every question I had until I was satisfied. Because I live a hurricane prone area. I chose to have my roof replaced with a metal roof is warranted to with stand hurricane conditions far better than standard shingles and they also replaced water damaged areas from previous leaks.... read more
