Erie Home did an excellent job on our new roof. Their staff (employees, not hired contractors) were top notch, worked tirelessly, polite, and finished the roof replacement in two days, including all clean-up. Erie has the best roofing systems, so if you want a one-and-done, go with them. I am not a young man, but expect my new roof will outlast me. Right from the beginning they were informative about the entire project. They used top of the line materials. They started on the day the promised. We were awakened at 6am. and they finished at 6:30pm with a crew of a dozen. We have large roof, about 6500 sqft. When they were done they cleaned up well with a magnet, but we found a dozen orange tags and nails. The financing contracts appeared to be from two places, and took many calls to get in confirmed that is was from just one company.

The staff was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. When they came out to give us an estimate, they did a thorough 25 point inspection. They explained all the problems that were found and what would need to be done to correct these issues.They showed us all the materials that they use and gave us options and prices for the type of roof that we preferred. Did great job. Communication was difficult on day 2 only 2 workers showed up to finish. The English speaking worker was not there. But the lead man spoke some English and we managed. My wife was impressed with the final cleanup.

Installation of my new roof was completed in the scheduled time. The lead and crew were very courteous and accomplished the job with quality and safety in mind. They were well organized with all their equipment and did a good walk around cleanup after the work was done. I highly recommend Erie home for your roof replacement .
