Erie Homes came and inspected our old roof. The sales rep showed us several types of roofs to select from. She was very helpful in helping us determine what to purchase. The men came out and did all the work in one day. It was amazing how quickly they worked in removing the old roof and installing the new one. The clean up was great, they looked for every little bit to clean up. I will recommend them for certain

Overall good. Contracted out the roof install, which was fine, work done in a timely manner. Some left over debris in the yard, but very minimal. Excess material that was brought for install was left, which was fine too. Pricey, but everything is anymore.

We had to call them back with a question and they got back to us immediately. **** spent 6 hours explaining everything to us so by the time we signed the papers we understood what we were signing. The guy that worked on the roof was very pleasant and answered all our questions and he went above and beyond. They gave us like 5 cell phone numbers and we were able to talk to them immediately. My review of Overall Erie Home is that they in the end completed the contracted job to my satisfaction. They installed a French drain around the base of the basement wall and added two sump drains to cover the size basement for a 1550 sq-ft home. They also expoxied a handful of reinforcement straps to secure a few blocks sitting on top of the poured basement wall that were beginning to lean slightly outward on one of the basement walls.
