The salesman was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. The crew supervisor called when he was scheduled too. The materials were dropped off the day before install as scheduled. The crew supervisor called the day before install to go over what to expect during instillation. The supervisor and crew showed up on time and completed tear off and installation in 1 day. Erie installed our roof in one day plus a couple of hours the day before. I thought that we were off to a rough start because they showed up late on day one, but boy were we surprised. They worked until dark (2 hours day one) and fully completed it the next day. We were fully impressed by the ethics and professionalism of the work crew, we would recommend them to everyone needing a new roof. Clean up after the job was perfect and was followed up by a phone call and a personal visit the next business day.Thanks for everything... read more
