I have found the best way to determine how good a company is by what happens when things go wrong. The installation went well but there were a couple of issues which were taken care of to my satisfaction in a timely manner. The only issue that I had with the roof process was getting the paperwork completed with finance company. I do not know if this was with Erie or the finance company, but this was far from a painless operation.

Erie Homes was sales was up front with material samples so you could determine which system would work best for you budget. Once price was set the process was efficiently worked through permit and installation. They had our old roof pulled up in a day and fully installed the next. Even did materials cleanup after. Would use them again if I had another roof to complete.

I obtained quotes and information from 4 different roofing companies. I chose Erie because of the information and quality of the product. The only complaint I have is the cost. I dont think any type of home improvements should cost so much. My roof needed replacing D/T leaking issues and age, not because I wanted a better looking roof.
