My overall experience was good, work was done in a timely manner, and roofing crew did a very good job and were good about cleaning up after themselves. The installation supervisor was very attentive and kept us well informed. My only negatives would be the price which I feel was very high, and the salesperson not completely truthful. I specifically asked if they used sub-contractors and he said no, all their installers are company trained and work for the company. The crew told me they were sub-contractors.
