Awful customer service. Took four days to make contact. Needed to add 100.00 to current loan. Needless to say I had to get the funds elsewhere

1. Called customer service 8 times and could not reach a team member. 2 requested call backs 4 times and never was called back 3. They have the wrong payment date as 1/9/2026 and should be 1/15/2026. 4. Tried using their chat service and same issue as above. 5 chat service said a team member will respond to your email. And it never happened. Overall not a service one needs to be associated with.
