I was calling about my past due account to explain why the account was past due and when I could resume payment .The representative informed me that I could contact them with a date to reschedule paying on the account.I have been a customer for sometime and have always received timely advice.

I was very happy with the service until I had to get ahold of them. I tried for 2 days using the call back option. I tried the chat option on the website but the person who assisted me could not help me and said they would have someone call back. No one ever returned my call. Your company interest rates are extremely high. They never told me about how much I would have to pay back until I looked at my agreement almost $800 and the loan was only $250. Wow

Doesnt even deserve a one star...these guys approved me for $650 one time then said I could get $800 if I confirmed my bank info which I did ...they then sent a email saying all they need to do was chat with me to confirm and I would get the funds... that which I did then they tell me that my name was backwards like I dont know my first and last name.....then the woman gets attitude with me on chat bc I spoke my mind about how this experience was....DO NOT RECOMMEND THESE PEOPLE AT ALL THEY WILL HAVE YOU WAITING FOR DAYS AND... read more

Told I was approved for a loan and signed the contract. Then told I wasn’t approved for that amount, but a smaller amount. Afraid they will take the payment from my bank account anyway for something I did not receive.

So in the last 3 months. I have gotten close to 800.00 taken from me but in my account still shows I owe 535.00. They have super high rates. Will not be using this service and I wouldn't recommend it. Unless you want to pay double to triple what you received in the 1st place.
