I have been going in circles with them for 3 days. Their system is a joke. DO NOT USE. Very unorganized!!!! Keep sending emails I am approved. Not preapproved Approved! Then wants more info I have already gave them several times. Not worth it.Â

Do not email and tell someone they are approved when they are not yet. I was told approved on Friday, signed documents, etc. Monday i called because not funded and there was another review where I was declined. I had already spent money assuming the large deposit was coming 😡Â

I didn't get the loan because you have to have bunch of money made.That I don't have.Â
Have been waiting a week to get the money put in my checking account.After jumping through hoops to get all verification sent through I asked the customer service representative to please confirm the checking account number which I then learn a digit was left off. I advised the representative of it which he didn’t do anything about it sent in the ACH form for verification which clearly had the correct information but when the check was sent it went to wrong account. Filling out the application no problem. Getting a call and calling for approve and to be verify for the loan, it really took longer than expected, because we ended up missing each other call now I'm waiting on the money to be deposited into my account.Â
If it’s true that you récord phone call check the conversation between agent named Jesus and Sandra Fernandez customer. He was so rude and didn’t want to speak with the customer when she asked him another question. This guy Jesus doesn’t have the skill to work in customer serviceÂ
