I didn't get the loan because you have to have bunch of money made.That I don't have.
Have been waiting a week to get the money put in my checking account.After jumping through hoops to get all verification sent through I asked the customer service representative to please confirm the checking account number which I then learn a digit was left off. I advised the representative of it which he didn’t do anything about it sent in the ACH form for verification which clearly had the correct information but when the check was sent it went to wrong account. Filling out the application no problem. Getting a call and calling for approve and to be verify for the loan, it really took longer than expected, because we ended up missing each other call now I'm waiting on the money to be deposited into my account.
If it’s true that you récord phone call check the conversation between agent named Jesus and Sandra Fernandez customer. He was so rude and didn’t want to speak with the customer when she asked him another question. This guy Jesus doesn’t have the skill to work in customer service

Put in app and was approved at 9am. Called right away to get funds same day. Then called back at 2:30 to see why not funded yet. Had to go over everything a 3rd time. Gave debit card # cuz it was now too late for reg same day. Said I’d b funded by midnight. Still not funded!

Worst place to get a loan. They tell you your approved you give them all your personal information and you never get the money. When you call them they make up a lie saying you don’t get direct deposit but you know that’s a lie cause your bank statements show you do. They go your in the negative also so we can’t go ahead and give you the loan. It’s all fraud it seems to just to get your personal information stay away from these people

These people took 2 payments off of my card and was told I would receive my money back in 1 business day but it has been four days. No response from customer service through email and I’ve been trying to call their customer service phone for 2 days and is so hard to get through with them. I’m going to call my bank and let them know that I don’t want them taking any transactions off my card anymore. I would highly recommend that no one get a loan with them.
