They are awful. The lady I spoke to was Maria and she said I was not approved and then approved and couldnt keep things straight. She also had me send in my bank documents and then took forever and wasnt responsive until I pushed hard for a simple yes or no answer. This company is poorly run and they dont know what they're doing.

Jesus, in the live chat his name said Jesuss with an extra s at the end, so I am not sure if this is the same individual. The first chat I had with him, he just ended the chat in the middle of our discussion about why I could not login, when I was needing help. He was also not seeming to comprehend sentences I was writing, as his responses did not reflect that he did. Getting the money was an easy process. However, the payback is deadly! The interest rate is exorbitant and they charge 27 cents per day. Plus a fee to Credit Solutions Organization which is very high, mine is $376.79! The interest penalties alone have added over $1,000 to my original loan. I highly advise anyone considering this company look into the details before signing on the dotted line! Apparently, I didn't read enough to avoid being caught in a financial money pit! Paid loan back before the 3 days and had to pay back more. Was supposed to be the same amount of payed back before 3 days.

After going through the approval process I was denied. I have good credit. I just needed a small bump to help cover what my insurance wouldn't for surgery. Turns out even though I get paid via Zelle, which is a legal form of ACH, they don't consider that as income. (I clean a lawyer's house. He's able to use that as a receipt for his taxes and I have to pay taxes on that income as well.) However the situation arises, Bad credit does not necessarily mean its end of the road for people who need to secure good loans. The application process was slow and not quite easy and I wasn’t approved because I couldn’t meet up with some demands. I never had a loan officer discuss my loan information with me. If I had known my payments were going to be as high as they are, I wouldn’t have taken the loan out. It has put me in a financial hardship and put my marriage in problems.

I tried getting a payday loan from several lenders and was unsuccessful but Wise Loan worked with me and I was approved for more than I had requested.
