Don't buy from this dealer I purchased a Rav4 from Evan's Toyota. They charge me for factory parts, but put on after market parts... don't buy from them!!!

problem solved I was having problems with tire inflation and the the tire inflation warning light coming on repeatly. I called Friday night, they worked me in Saturday morning. Evans checked the tires and found a valve clogged with dirt. They replaced it and the charge was minimal.

I've never been so disappointed in getting my Toyota... I've never been so disappointed in getting my Toyota serviced. I took my 2009 Corolla in for a cam shaft bearing repair, which was only suppose to take 1 to 2 days. Long story short, it took them 2 tries to repair the initial issue, which was bad enough, but when I got the car back it had a rough idle. Service Oil change I am in here approximately every six weeks for a scheduled oil change and tire rotation. I am in and out in a hour. Whenever the mechanic finds something that needs to be done from a simple bulb change to a recomended milage service. It is listed on my bill and reviewed with me by the service person. Then I get to decide what actually is done.

Repair work done right and completed within an hr. Keith Damer told me what needed to be done to my 2004 Rav. 4 and said the job would be done with in an hour. I had the serp.belt replaced. The work was finished in 40 min. and I was on my way. Keith informed me that in the southern climits the serp. belt needs to be replace sooner than 60,000 miles as the rubber wears out faster in the heat and humidty. certified carfax provided by evans with complete... certified carfax provided by evans with complete inspection by there service dept failed to inform me(the buyer) that car had been in an accident previously...no help to correct this obvious misleading statement from evans...legal action is next
