Get a second opinion!!! We called to see if they could get us in to look at our brakes. They said yes we are not busy today just come on in. So we go in there and we waited an hour before they even got it on a lift. Then I had to keep going out to the service center to see if they had got the tires off yet. Their reply..not yet, but soon. So they come and get me show what's going on. They said they would call me with an estimate. When they called not only did they give me prices on the brakes, but 8 other things. Prius Concern I genuinely believe that overall Customer Service within Toyota Dealership is friendly. However, I recently brought in my Prius because something was wrong with the review mirror Camera and the problem wasn fixed. I now have to bring my car back to have it checked out. I am usually satisfied with my service from Toyota, but unfortunately it is a hassle to have to bring your vehicle back to Service Repair when you just had it there the day before. Times Have Changed! Keeping my car properly serviced is now easier than ever. At Evans Toyota in Ft. Wayne, Indiana, I only need to call and deliver the car. They do the rest. They tell me what needs to be done. They do it. And, there are NO Surprises. Courtesy is a given. Times really have changed.

Never to return I purchased my FJ Cruiser from Evans and have followed up there with regular service. However after my last visit I will not be giving them my business again. It should not take six hours to change the oil and do an allignment. Besides that two seperate service personal decided it was appropriate to make matteres worse embarrassing me in front of other customers by pulling me aside telling me not to work with the other service person to only go to them in the future!? Toyota Service 10,000 mile check up was complete within 45 minutes which was 30 minutes earlier than promised. PC12312011

Service Review I took my car in for the 15,000 mile service which was done to my satisfaction and on time. My only issue with this dealership is that they do not wash your car when it is serviced like the other Toyota dealership in Fort Wayne does.

waited forever When I turned in the car, 30 minutes earlier than my scheduled appointment, the service person said I would be out by 11 (this was at 9:30 a.m.) At noon, I went to the paying counter to see if someone could check on my car. 15 minutes later someone came and told me what they felt was wrong. (new 12 volt battery and also replaced some filters) I waited another hour to get my car back. I was late for work, because I would have thought 3 hours was enough time to replace a battery. Dear waited forever, I am sorry you were frustrated recently here at Evans. I spoke with our Service Manager Dave Cornett about your situation. Dave pulled up the repair order showing we tested your battery at 9:44 AM. The test results recommended we perform a full recharge and retest. Recharging your battery for your Hybrid took no less than two full hours. At 11:53 AM the technician removed the battery from the charger and retested. Lack of Toyato Quality My 2006 Toyato floods out after stopping it from driving a short distance - say from hotel to resturant. When get ready to leave car often floods when trying to start it. Dealership just says this continues to be a problem with Toyato cars. Not the answer I would expect to hear. So the question is, is this a dealership problem or a Toyato car quality problem?

Flooding is typical of carburetors but certainly not fuel injection cars and certainly not a problem with Toyota in general.
