Service Left 2 messages, he was on phone! Never called back. Call was emergency. I cursed you for 20 yrs! Will never recommend this place ever

Outstanding Customer Service and Treatment From start to finish, we were treated like royalty. This is our fifth vehicle purchased from Evans Toyota! We truly feel like we are part of a family here. When we walk in the front door, they know us by name. How many dealerships can you say that about? Wouldn't recommend to anyone! Here is my original review of Evan's Toyota.  My edited response after talking to their customer service representative is below. From the moment you step foot in the door be prepared because they will do and say anything to get as much of your money as they can. I will not beg to do business with you I cannot get an answer to a simple question. You would rather remove me as a customer than answer the question (your words). Ok, done. Called twice, submitted emails and even contacted sales to try and get the answer to a simple service question/schedule work. The end result and what got the ball rolling was I said to remove me from the mailing list. That got a response...you jumped ALL over that and said you would be happy to remove me. Service on used hybrids could be improved. Unfortunately, when buying a used hybrid from any source of seller, one is pigeon-holed in Fort Wayne, IN into having the maintenance performed by the dealership. With competition comes quality, a standard rule of economics. So as you guessed, no competition, no quality. Rude Parts Department Associate I ordered a cargo net for my 4Runner that was difficult to install, got in the way of the cargo tray, and was too loose and flimsy to hold anything. I tried to return it, but the dealer refused because it was past 30 days. This part is something that you have to try to use a few times before you realize ultimately it's junk. Beware of ordering anything from this dealership.

Very disappointed I purchased a used Camry from this dealership and in 2 months still do not have the paperwork to register the car. I call and complain but calls are not returned. Very frustrating and disappointed. I will never recommend this dealership to anyone.

Warranty work and $300 dollars later Staff was friendly and helped with towing my car to dealership for warranty repairs. Unfortunately other things were found that ended up costing over $300 for a car that is 14 months old.

EVANS Toyota I do not recommend this service center. We took our certified Sienna in for a new battery. We purchased the vehicle 3 weeks ago. The service center told us the battery was covered by our warranty. When my husband returned to pick up the van the battery was not replaced. The service center said our battery was fine. The van died within 2 hours after my husband picked it up. We returned to the dealership with the van the next day and insisted they replace the battery.
