Not happy After being told that it would take up to 2 hours, I waited for three hours without any updates, initiated by them, to learn that I needed to replace the catalytic converter at a rediculously high price!
POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAD MY FRONT BRAKES REPLACED BUT WAS NEVER TOLD UP FRONT THAT A LIFE TIME WARRENTY ON MY NEW BRAKE PADS WOULD COST ME $10.00. WHEN I CALLED SERVICE TO GET AN EXPLANATION I WAS TOLD BY CHRIS THAT I SHOULD HAVE BEEN TOLD UP FRONT THAT THIS $10.00 CHARGE WAS INCLUDED IN THE PRICE OF $189.95. HE THEN TRIED TO CONVINCE ME THAT I REALLY DID NOT PAY AN EXTRA $10.00 SINCE I HAD A COMPETATORS COUPON WHICH THEY MATCHED FOR $20.00. THAT IS A BUNCH OF DOUBLE TALK. I RATE THIS SERVICE EXPERIENCE AS VERY POOR.
Service Service/repair completed last night on my 2010 Camry with a great response time and quality workmanship. Very satisfied customer.
Thank You While at Evans for an oil change we were informed of a need to replace a serpentine belt. We appreciate being informed of a potential problem,but do not appreciate a little attitude from the service writer/advisor when informed that we did not believe the repair needed to be done that day.
Poor sales After buy a used Camry hybrid we decided we wanted one with a little more bells and whistles. So after having the car for less than a week we call them and asked if we could trade up for the other car on their lot. They said sure but we are going to offer $3000 less than what you paid....seriously $3000 in less than a week and we were going to by something more expensive...
Routine Service The receipt listed recommendations that we "refused", only we were never informed of these recommendations. Only the ones they chose to mention. We have always given them our business. Apparently the tires have needed replacing the last 2 visits. Something is LEAKING but who knew? Disappointed. Misrepresentation of information. I may have to take my car elsewhere to have the repairs made.

Toyota Service Service work was completed in half the time that they said it would be and with the Toyota Care Maintenance program it did not cost me anything.
Disappointment I purcased a 2011 Ford Edge with 10,000 miles on it from the dealer. The sales person was unfamiliar with this car and the operation of its options. I wanted an Edge with navigation which I was told by the salesman if I purchased an SD card for $115 the navigation will work. After purchasing the car I purchased the SD car but the navigation did not work and ther is no way to make it operational on this car. I am very disappointed that the sales person did not know anything about the operation of these options.
