Slowest service center My wife took my truck in for a scheduled OIL CHANGE at 8:30 am. It took three and a half hours to finish the job. The whole time she was in the waiting room the serive salesman kept pressuring her to add other services on.

Service - on Oct 2016 I Cannot give a review on the quality of service - I have a 2016 Toyota and waited for over 20 minutes on the phone to try to get an appointment for a first service. Believe me - I won't try again. Poor - Poor Service

RIPPED OFF Today, Monday, September 26 @ 12:45p was my worst ever dealing with Evans Toyota, Fort Wayne IN. I've purchased two cars from Evans since 2011 and have had great service up until today when I was robbed of $90.00 for a diagnosis that was performed on my car when it was speculated/founded that the problem was from a loose gas cap (improperly recapped). This is a threepeat of leasing for me. The sales person (Jim Shlater) listened to my list of things I wanted/needed in a car. Because I've returned again & again to lease from Evans Toyota it speaks to my satisfaction.

Crooks! Liars! My wife took her vehicle in for an oil change and got ripped off! Service tech told her that the vehicle REQUIRED full synthetic oil which was a blatant lie. They charged $70 and pulled one over on her. WILL NEVER GO BACK!

shotty service In August of 2014 we purchased a used 2010 Ford Flex from Evans Toyota. At the time we negotiated the purchase the center console lid was broken and completely disconnected from the console. We were told parts/labor would cost $400 to fix the console, it was agreed that we would split the cost of repairs with Evans. The repairs were completed in Mid-September 2014 and everything appeared to be in order. Lost my sale. Evans would't answer a question I'm in the market for a new Tundra, my search has been long, I started emailing with a representative from Evans who refuses to answer a basic question as to a $399.00 markup for some brake safety item. The window sticker already has all the latest brake safety items itemized so what is the $399.00 for? sounds like a simple question, but Crickets from Evans. I'll take my business elsewhere

Not all experiences have been good In early 2000's when we decided to buy a Toyota truck the two salesmen lied about what the truck had and what it could do, so we bought it from an honest Toyota dealer instead. Then there was a recall so I took the truck to Evans. The man working in service drove my stick into Evans garage and said that always makes me uncomfortable. Won't come back for service Short story for a long afternoon. Made an appointment so they could order part. Changed quoted price. Did not complete service. Very poor service
