We arrived at 5:48pm, the business hours are listed open until 6pm. Felix the employee working told us they were despite the listed business hours. Me and my 5 excited kids were turned down by a lazy selfish employee. Is this the everbowl standard?

This company has gone way downhill. They won't let me order from the app, Their app has always been less than excellent, they don't pick up the telephone, because they don't have enough employees to take care of customers. Costs have gone through the roof, servings have been diminished. They changed their menu. On and on and on and on and on. I am deleting their app from my phone and I believe this will be the last time I buy anything from this place. I feel sorry for the workers. They seem to be left hanging.

I am a huge fan and advocate of EverBowl. Their ingredients are fresh, their bases are super tasty, organic and very little sugar added. They hire lovely young people with excellent customer service (and that is really hard to find, especially these days). I'm always greeted with a smile and they often remember me and start my order before I even ask. Yes, I am a regular. You'll see reviews that are negative due to price increases. Holy cow. This place is out of control. Used to go here regularly. Prices are sky high. Tiny size for $10. And if you wanna add 1 tiny topping an extra $2. We got extra strawberries for $2... tiny scoop. Rude service people too. You used to get a large side for under $10 Witt any toppings you wanted. I get inflation... but this is beyond that.

My first time to try Everbowl, had avoided trying it because it seemed very high calorie & sugar content with all the fruit and they don't seem to provide that info on their standard bowls. It was a warm day, and a refreshing bowl sounded good to us, so we stopped by. We were excited to give Everbowl a try since we had seen good reviews, but we were disappointed with our visit. There was one girl working in the front, and she was not very friendly while she interacted with us when we ordered and paid. We got a Blue Lagoon to split. My daughter and I were looking forward to grabbing a bowl before school and work this week. We tried going Monday morning and waited well after 8 and no one showed to open. Thought it would be different on Friday and ran into the same problem, no one there to open. Should consider updating your store hours because the signs says they open at 8. Terrible customer service.

This place is chill vibes. The bowls are good but they are weird like sometimes you come and they are closed before closing hours. Sometimes you come and they are out of straws or spoons. I get that stuff happens but it's just weird. This place is always dead no line not too many people there. I love it it's a bit pricey but large easily feeds 2-4 with little ones so my family has two little boys and we can all share so it makes the pricing more fair! Delicious bowls! Honestly the reviews about masks are insane! If you're terrified about catching a virus STAY HOME! Oh and the ridiculous mandates for masks go away soon but guess what.... The virus is still there! Shocker!! Masks are useless unless you're in a sterile environment or covered head to toe in protective gear. Do some research and STOP complaining about ridiculous things.
