Just came in because my bank was right next to this place and a açaí bowl sounded good and the girl who helped me just was beyond cute and sweet! Would bring her flowers next time if I could
Horrible. I go shopping at Trader Joe's every week and I thought I'd pop in for a quick bite because no one likes shopping hungry. But the girl was super rude, I asked her for a cup of water for me and my dog and she couldn't give it to me? No free water? I've never !!! *** 3.5 STARS *** Everbowl was right down the street from my friends place where we were staying for the weekend. We were craving something fresh and cold since it was a little toasty outside. We go to Everbowl whenever we are near one running errands around San Diego or surrounding areas. We have always had a great experience, it's actually my favorite bowl place. This particular location did not put strawberries on my bowl as other locations have. I went in and asked the employee and she responded in the most defensive way and told me this particular bowl does not come that way. It was first time buying a açaí bowl from Everbowl I was totally disappointed especially after reading great reviews. I had several large pieces of ice the açaí base was not blended well at all.
Girl working when I came in was not very nice at all. She didn't even let me finish asking if I could get my bowl without granola before she closed out my order. She also just had a bad attitude in general- so I felt as though I should just leave her be and take my order however she gave it to me. I understand that these workers have gotten used to doing way less work since the pandemic started but that doesn't mean they should treat customers badly. Ace Ventura is THE best! I always add more toppings and then it becomes perfect!! It has such a great taste from it's base to the toppings! Perfect for breakfast or a healthy treat!!
