I enjoyed my açaí bowl. I don't know why all the complaints over the prices and sweetness. I found it to be reasonable considering inflation which is obviously not the restaurants fault. People need to realize that inflation is the new normal and restaurants have been hit so hard with the supply chain' get back to work Millennials & Gen Z and stop complaining! Your not helping the problem! And great job everbowl! I will be back!

Accessibility: unfortunately there are no accessible/disabled parking spots in front of this store. The only few wheelchair accessible parking spots are down in front of the Trader Joe's. The ramp to get from the parking lot up to the sidewalk is also there. Other than that, the rest of this entire parking lot is so packed all the time and it is hard to find a spot. None of the staff wore masks! They ran out of spoons! Unsure why I was asked if I wanted a lid when they had NO SPOONS! Staff should wear masks while serving food. This is insane.

Isabela O. was very rude and refused to hand me saran wrap to put over my bowl and refused to let me add extra toppings even though i payed full price for a bowl with UNLIMITED toppings. I usually never have problems here but she was super unprofessional and was super rude. you shouldn't be working customer service with that kind of attitude.

Not sure what happened to this place but it's completely bunk now. It used to be my favorite place to get an açaí bowl so I'm really disappointed. They took like everything off the menu that was so good, and for some reason don't have dates anymore? And they can't blend anything into the base, it's just açaí. Which whatever pre-made açaí stuff they're using now is not very good, like others said, it's too sweet. Love this place!! Vianey and her team is lovely!! Always a joy to come in! The new menu is delicious, my favorite bowl is the PB Cacao Wow bowl, peanut butter and bananas, you can't beat that!

I appreciate the response from the owner but I don't want to add peanut butter to lessen the sweetness. I was introduced to açaí in Brazil and quickly became addicted to Everbowl. That is until the changed to premade açaí icecream. Unfortunately I will never be back.

Quality, variety, and customer service have all gone down while prices have gone significantly up. Very sad and disappointed as this used to be one of my favorite places but coming back is no longer worth it.
