Used to be my favorite acai but now they changed it and it tastes disgusting, just like the nasty premade you buy at the store. Not good at all, dissapointing. Yall had a good thing going and changed it all. Wont be going back until they get the old acai situation back.
I'm not a fan of the new menu or textures. I used to love the chewy and dream bowls. The consistency of the açaí is super thick now and has the same texture of frozen yogurt. Also it's getting too expensive for what you're getting and I don't want to pay the same price for less food. It's not worth it to continue eating here. I do give them two stars for having the order ready on time with all the toppings and for the cleanliness.
I'm really disappointed in the new Everbowl 2.0. You used to be able to choose what liquid to use for your base, but now they're all pre-made with coconut milk (not keeping people w/ allergies in mind), they ADD sugar (their whole thing used to be no added sugar), and they increased the prices. I used to come here so often that the workers even know my dog's name, but I don't think I'm gonna go back to a business that prioritizes money over health and happy customers. Ordered on the app for pick up & most of the toppings requested were not included in the bowl. The fruit was also not very fresh or good quality. The bowls are also pretty small considering how pricey they are. I reached out to customer support through the app and never heard back. Overall, not an entirely good experience.
They have updated this location to what the company calls "everbowl 2.0"-which is supposed to mean its an improvement, but in reality it is a deal breaker and thats it for me with this place. They had a great product, healthy and delicious-they have a following and are opening up new locations all of the time. This is a confounding and disappointing move to make at this point. So, this was my first ever EVERBOWL!! Wow, it was so goood!! I now call it my "morning ice cream". I mean it's wayyy more healthy then that, but it was so good! Horrible. I go shopping at Trader Joe's every week and I thought I'd pop in for a quick bite because no one likes shopping hungry. But the girl was super rude, I asked her for a cup of water for me and my dog and she couldn't give it to me? No free water? I've never !!!
