Great Experience, no hassle, Suzanne was great to work with and very knowledgble, she was up front with price and finance options and worked very hard to meet our time schedule which was compressed. We had the deal done in a little over 2 hours and picked up the car in 4 hours from the time we walked into the dealership.
Suzanne Koerwer is a pleasure to work with. She was not the “pushy swarming sales person” which for me, is a complete turn off. She is prompt to follow up and is very knowledgeable of the product. Again, she is a pleasure to work with. I will certainly recommend Suzanne to anyone looking to purchase a Buick/GMC vehicle.
Randy was very pleasant to work with. He listened to my needs and wants, and didn't just try to get me into a car they had on the lot and were wanting to sell. He researched the exact vehicle I was looking for and made sure I got exactly the vehicle I was looking interested in. Suzanne was very helpful and got us the price we were wanting right away without a lot of time wasted. Ewing took the time to teach us how to use all equipment on board as well. We have purchased two Mercedes from Ewing and now a truck and would probably only look to Ewing for all new cars and hope that Suzzane is still there when we return.
They were very helpful. When my initial car purchase fell through, (because of hail damage to the vehicle in transit to the dealership) I was very disappointed. Suzanne and the Ewing team worked diligently to get another vehicle ordered as quickly as possible, and I actually got the new year model very early in it's release. This was a long distance purchase for me (living in Tulsa) and Suzanne made sure everything was taken care of to make my purchase as smooth as possible
I was on my way to the Jaguar dealership just further down the road, but I turned into Ewing Buick, because I saw this car and just knew this could not be a BUICK and it turned out to be the BUICK LACROSSE. My uncle always told us, if we ever buy a car make sure it was a BUICK, because he had a 50 something BUICK ROADMASTER (A TANK) and this care could run, was dependable, and road pretty good for a big car, to me. I have been trading with GMC for over 15 years. Steve Fortner has been one of the reasons I have stayed with Ewing because of his excellent service. I don't trust to many people when it comes to service. If Steve calls and has a concern about something that needs to be done, I know it is legit. I moved back to TX from out of the country, and had called Suzanne based on a reference from a friend. I told her the details of what I was looking for, and she was able to find it right when I arrived back in the US. Customer Service is her speciality! She's written to me several times to make sure I was making use of all the features in the vehicle which I appreciated because a lot of it was new to me. It was a great experience, and I'll definitely purchase my next vehicle here too!
