I get such great customer service at this dealership in Plano that I drive in from Houston to get my car serviced!!!! I had to move to Houston last year for a job transfer. I went to a few dealerships in Houston and the customer service was lacking in more ways than one. Keep up the great work!
The sales and customer service was were friendly and courteous. Once I informed the options I am looking for, Darrell showed few cars and with best pricing available. The staff is more than accommodating and professional and treated me and my family with respect. Darrell & Mike were patient and neither rushed us or pressured us to make a decision. I have no doubt that I bought my first GM vehicle from the right dealership and made me a lifelong customer at the Ewing dealership.
My experience with Ewing was excellent! My sales representative, Suzanne Koerwer was extremely helpful, she was very prompt to answer any and all questions I had and it was a very pleasureable experience dealing with her and Ewing. I would definitely recommend her and Ewing to anyone interested in a vehicle at this location.
The dealership treated me and my family with respect. It was a great buying experience - couldn't have gone any better. The staff was patient and easygoing while we worked through the deal. The salesman knew the vehicle inside out and was up of all of its features.
The people at Ewing were really friendly. The greeted me when I walked in the door and treated me with respect the entire time I was there buying a new car. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking to buy a new or used car. They are great!!
Ron is always very knowledgable and pricing very competitive. Steve takes care of all the service details. He is very helpful and keeps me updated on all of our 5 GMC vehicles. We will continue to purchase and service our Trucks at Ewing as long as Ron, and Steve are there.
Over the last ten years, we have purchased SIX vehicles from Ewing and have been Completely Satisfied in every aspect of ownership. Wow! Lori is top notch. I felt like a valued customer from the moment I drove in until the time I picked up and left with my car. She was knowledgeable and answered my questions and addressed all my issues. In addition she recommended service work to improve my gas milease and it worked!
