My experience with Ewing Buick was absolutely wonderful!! Everyone from the dealership manager, Andre, to the sales staff, new car manager, finance staff and the service technician were so very friendly, welcoming and an abolute joy to work with! I had just come from the Lincoln Dealer when I stopped in at Buick to see Randy Harp. The rep at Lincoln was knowledgeable but somewhat arrogant. I found Randy to be very pleasant and relaxed. He explained everything and we did a test drive. I liked the car and we came to a reasonable price. I like Buick. I am very pleased with the sales and service personnel at Ewing Buick. employees have always treated me with respect. the sales person was easy to work with and knew her vehicles and provided me with the information I needed. she also followed up with me after the deal. The service department has always solved any issues i have had with any vehicle I took to them.
Suzanne was very helpful in all our relationships with Ewing Buick, both during and after phases of the new car purchase. If Ewing Buick had more sales persons like her this survey would not be necessary. When we come back for our next purchase, which we will, we will be very disappointed if she is not available.
