They have no responsibility of the work they do . Customer has to tell them what they supposed to do . Horrible They put the wrong tyre on our suv. I had to go show them this is not he right tyre of this suv. Then only they changed.

I am thankful my truck is fixed, however my customer service experience was very "Take it or leave it". There was a lack of communication and extensions to the timeline without explanation. Questions or concerns were negated and or brushed off. The cover for my fuse box inside the passenger cabin was not put back in its place. Over priced. Always 2 or 3 days to service

The communication regarding the repairs for my vehicle were not satisfactory. My vehicle was in the shop for a entire week. I had to initiate contact with my service advisor every two days for the status of my vehicle. I was really expecting better customer service from this dealership.

I did not like the service because my warranty included a DEF exhaust fill which they did not apply the first time I went, yet in paper they said they did. So this second time I told them I had a included service for the DEF exhaust fill and the guy that attended me did not want to believe me, so I printed the proof out and even with this they barely put anything in and charged me over $100. Honestly this dealership is a joke. From the way you are greeted which didn't happen and I had to ask about my appointment. I dont own a vehicle from this dealer and didn't receive service on the vehicle specified. I've called the dealership (no surprises that they don't call back), left Google reviews, and other online communications. Yet I continue to get these requests for surveys and reviews.
